This course is an overview of the application of forensic science and how it applies to the criminal justice system. This course is designed to provide students an understanding of the techniques and abilities of forensic science regarding investigative and criminalistic activities. When taken with its accompanying lab, this course meets the science (with lab) general education requirement. This course also meets the specialized needs of the Criminal Justice program.Corequisites: CRIM 270L
