This course examines state and federal case laws pertaining to human resource management in education. Instructional and clinical supervision, as well as educational human resource management theories, models, and practices are examined. This course is designed with a field study for students in the MEEL program who have a principal mentor and are preparing for the FELE exam. Prerequisite: None
