Description
The Trades practicum is designed to stress application of learning and reflection in the community, ministry, and workplace environments. Students will be supervised by a practicum supervisor on-site as they serve in community organizations, student leadership, ministry roles, campus employment, internships, or cooperative education experiences. The purpose of the experiential learning practicum course is to provide a critical reflection space for students to document their ministry experience, reflect on their learning and engagement with relevant texts, and receive evaluation that can be used for future growth. The 1-credit practicum course requires 40 contact hours of applied learning.
