Description
External Physical Education provides students the opportunity to engage in self-directed physical activity outside of a traditional classroom setting while meeting clearly defined health and fitness goals. Students will design and track their own fitness plan, participate in consistent physical activity, and reflect on their growth in areas such as endurance, strength, coordination, and overall wellness. Emphasis is placed on personal responsibility, goal-setting, and lifelong health habits. The course supports flexibility by allowing students to pursue a range of physical activities, from team sports and dance to strength training or recreational movement, while receiving structured guidance and accountability through an online platform.
